The location of Lotus Gems was absolutely perfect, right next to the Boudhanath Stupa. The hotel's beautiful Tibetan art and boutique-style decor added to its charm. I appreciated the variety of cuisines in the small breakfast selection, and having tea and a kettle in the room was convenient. The staff was helpful and even organized a breakfast to go for me when I had an early checkout. I would highly recommend this hotel for its amazing location and welcoming atmosphere.

During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed the breakfast selection variety and the cozy atmosphere of the room. The hotel's strategic location, near popular tourist attractions and transportation, made our sightseeing smoother. the staff was accommodating and friendly, making us feel welcome during our stay.
I was dismayed by the slightly worn-out condition of the room, which needs upgrading. The amenities in the room were limited, which made it less comfortable for an extended stay.

The artistic decor was nice and it was great to see that the profits went back into the community. the staff were also very attentive to our needs and kept the hotel clean.
The elevator was definitely slow and unreliable. One major downer was that breakfast wasn't included, which would have been a great addition.

The hotel is beautifully decorated with authentic Tibetan motifs, giving it a special cultural feel. The rooms are very clean and are cleaned daily if desired. The rooftop restaurant offers a wonderful view. The staff, especially Ms. Riksang, is extremely helpful, kind, and friendly. I highly recommend this hotel.
Cannot find any fault.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, from the moment I arrived until the moment I left. They were always willing to assist with any requests I had. The hotel facilities were excellent, including the rooftop restaurant with incredible views and the daily room cleaning. Additionally, the location was perfect, as it was within walking distance of many popular sites.
No complaints whatsoever.

This hotel has an excellent location near cultural landmarks and has a charming rooftop restaurant. the rooms are tastefully decorated and have daily cleaning service. the staff is mostly friendly and helpful, offering warm water and fresh towels to guests. the view from the windows is stunning.
The noise level can be unbearable at times due to neighboring monasteries and loud guests.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
